To exchange currency, you will need a passport or another valid identification document. For transactions exceeding the legally established limit, identity verification may be required in accordance with applicable regulations.
You can lock in the current exchange rate by clicking the “Reserve Exchange Rate” button in the exchange rate table or currency calculator. Once your request is confirmed, the exchange office staff will complete the transaction at the reserved rate.
